Pride 2023 – @Ducklings

Through this campaign, we further build the Lidl Hellas image as an employer that actively supports Diversity and Inclusion and encourages all employees to feel free to be themselves.

The gender-neutral symbol “@”, otherwise called “duckling” in Greek, was our creative vehicle to convey the message that in Lidl Hellas, one can find an open and diverse work environment without gender discrimination.

The various “duckling” characters further build a diverse workplace where everyone is respected and appreciated, regardless of gender.
